Trump and Trade Adviser ‘Disagree’ on What to Call Deal With China

In the Oval Office, President Trump quibbled with his top trade adviser, Robert Lighthizer, over the nature of a memorandum of understanding, or M.O.U. From now on, Mr. Lighthizer said, he won’t use that term.
