Girl Who Made Abuse Claim Is Sexually Assaulted by the Detective Sent to Investigate

The investigator, Neil David Kimball, pleaded guilty to a charge of unlawful sexual intercourse with a 15-year-old girl he met when she reported a sexual assault to the authorities.
