Major Backer of Trump and Democrats Will Plead Guilty to Illegal Donations

Imaad Zuberi’s plea is not related to his donations to President Trump, but if he cooperated with prosecutors, it could have ripple effects into investigations of Mr. Trump’s inauguration.
