Kerry Denies Discussing Israeli Strikes in Syria With Iranian

In a leaked recording of a phone conversation, Mohammad Javad Zarif said Mr. Kerry, a secretary of state under President Barack Obama, had informed him that Israel had attacked Iranian interests in Syria at least 200 times.
