Louisiana Man Killed 3 ‘Random Victims’ in Two Days, Authorities Say

The man, Sean Barrette, 22, faces murder charges after three men were shot and killed in vehicles in Metairie, outside of New Orleans. He’s also a suspect in a killing in the city.
