Cameron Webb Wins Democratic Primary in Virginia, Setting Up Key House Race

If he were to win in the Republican-leaning district in November, Dr. Webb, 37, would become the first black physician to have a vote in Congress. He will face an opponent who has had trouble fund-raising.
